Aminopeptidaza Y (EC 3.4.11.15, aminopeptidaza Co, aminopeptidaza (kobaltom aktivirana), lizilna aminopeptidaza) je enzim'.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Preferentno odvajanje N-terminalnog lizina
Za dejstvo ovog enzima je neophodan Co2+. Inhibiraju ga Zn2+ i Mn2+.
